Show Field: $35 includes vehicle, driver plus one adult guest, allows entry all three days. All vehicles will be considered for the “Ring of Fire” judged competition takes place on Saturday plus 1st and 2nd place awards given to best in class, determined by participant vote. Sunday a best in class will be determined by special team selection. lubs can register for special reserved parking area.

Vendor set up Thursday, July 22 starting at noon. First space allows for two adult admissions. Third space 1 additional adult admission.

Host Hotel: GREAT WOLF LODGE at 419-609-4000. A rate of $144.00 per night, plus taxes and fees, (available from July 21-July 24) for a limited number of Family Suites has been secured for guests and participants of the Fords at the Summit event. Family Suites feature two queen beds, a sofa sleeper, mini-refrigerator, and microwave. Waterpark admission for up to 6 guests is included as well. Our waterpark is open from 9 AM to 9 PM daily and guests have access to the facility from day of arrival through closing time on day of departure. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Parking is free and Great Wolf has worked with Meijer, a general merchandise retailer located adjacent to the resort, to secure permission for trailers to be parked in their overflow lot should that be needed.
